We're excited to bring together Jeep enthusiasts, local businesses, artisans, crafters, boutiques, nonprofits, and community organizations for an afternoon of shopping, entertainment, and family-friendly fun while supporting Oakley's Cause and its mission.
Registration Information
- Jeep Registration is $20/Jeep. You will receive an email with your registration #. Please come prepared day of with this number.
- Non-Food Vendor registration is $25/10x10 space. Approval not guaranteed.
- Food Vendors are a flat rate of $60.00. Approval not guaranteed.
Invoices will be issued through our square payment portal beginning in Quarter 4 (October–December) of 2026 if you choose to pay in advance. All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or inability to attend.

2026 Event Impact
Financial Impact
The event raised just over $2,500 through vendor registrations, Jeep registrations, a silent auction, and day-of donations. To make the event possible, Oakley’s Cause invested a little over $900 in insurance, supplies, trophies, and setup costs.
Community Impact
The event generated meaningful support for our mission while creating something even more important—awareness and connection. Guests learned about cerebellar hypoplasia, new supporters were introduced to Oakley’s Cause, and our community continued to grow.
We are proud to say we donated $400.00 to Second Chances Pet Rehab and Sanctuary in Fort Wayne
